Sketchbook Communications respects your privacy. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to ensure you are familiar with how we collect, use, and disclose certain information about you.

In order to access Content or purchase Subscription Content, you will be required to open an account with us (an “Account”). By providing Personal Information and opening an Account, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. Providing us with your personal information is always your choice. However, if you do not provide the Personal Information reasonably required by us, we may not be able to provide Content, including Subscription Content to you. In order to access Subscription Content, you will be required to enter into a paid monthly subscription with us (a “Subscription”) pursuant to a Subscription Agreement. Sketchbook Communication’s collection of Personal Information is a requirement to having a Subscription.

Personal Information is information that identifies you as an individual, including:

• your credit card information.

Our collection of Personal Information is governed by the British Columbia Personal Information Protection Act (SBC 2003 c. 63) (“PIPA”).

We endeavor to only disclose your Personal Information to reliable third parties. We do not share information with other parties for marketing programs.

This Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, information or practices of any third parties, including (a) any third parties to whom we have provided your Personal Information pursuant to this Privacy Policy; or (b) any third parties to whom we may have provided a link through our Site. You may choose to close your Account at any time by submitting a request under your "Account Information" section on the Site.
